The product was through hydrochloric acid hydrolysis,and then by deacidification,desalination,and spray drying formed. It contains 17 kinds of free L-amino acids, including six kinds of essential amino acids (L-threonine, L-valine, L-methionine, L-isoleucine, L-phenylalanine, L-lysine),content of about 15%, two kinds of semi-essential amino acids (L-arginine, L-histidine),content of about 6%, all of the total amino acid content was about 45%.
